Introduction
LastPlace is a service provided by Plazr. LastPlace helps users store, organise, and find important information, items, reminders, documents, photos, and related records.
Information you provide
LastPlace stores information users choose to save, including item names and descriptions, notes and reminders, locations and storage information, photos or proof documents, emergency and ICE information, Tin names, and shared Tin information.
Users are responsible for content they upload and store.
Account information
Account information may include email address, account identifier, and authentication details from supported sign-in providers. Passwords are not stored directly by LastPlace.
Shared Tins
Shared Tin information may be visible to other members of that Tin. Users should only invite people they trust.
How information is stored
LastPlace uses trusted third-party infrastructure providers including Google Firebase services to store and process data. Information may be stored in Australia or other countries where service providers operate.
Photos and documents
Photos and documents may be processed to create smaller versions for faster viewing and reduced storage.
Notifications
LastPlace may send notifications for reminders, nudges, or enabled features.
Analytics and diagnostics
LastPlace may collect diagnostics and crash information to improve reliability and fix problems.
Data retention
Data is retained while an account remains active and as required to provide the service. Users may request deletion by contacting support.
Children's information
LastPlace is intended for storing practical information and records. Users should avoid storing unnecessary sensitive information about children or others unless they have the right to do so.
Security
Plazr takes reasonable steps to protect LastPlace data, but no online service can guarantee complete security.
Changes to this policy
Plazr may update this policy from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on this page.
